Literature Text

(A/N: This is a little fiction tale about my original character Seoul of S-Profile. I've decided to write one about him, since I've grown so fond of drawing him in different styles and created his life in a totally humane perspective. Also I've been making drafts about these since two years ago,but haven't found the time to actually put it all together. So here it goes...)

When Daesong was four, he would climb out of bed at night and ran to his grandfather's room. He didn't bothered knocking, since he knows his grandfather would welcome him everytime he wanted to come in. He liked his grandfather so much, because of the stories he tells. He was a great story-teller,also a columnist in the local newspaper in Namhae-gun. He stayed in him grandfather's little traditional house in Namhae-gun,South Korea, were he also lived a simple farm life for the rest of his elementary years.

Daesong was often brought to church. He sang in a choir where his mother was an organ player. He loved music from that day on. He also tried composing songs. He made childlike simple songs like "Little Ducks on the River" and "My Yellow Hat". He performed for his classes during events in school and often being picked out for special intermission numbers. That was one point where Daesong became musically-inclined. But it all ended after his father disciplined him to studying.

After his father got transferred to the beautiful Busan, Daesong had graduated elementary and continued his high school education in Seoul City. Although Daesong's grades were high-standard and good, he was often bullied for being a country bumpkin. Every night he would have bruises on his legs, but nobody knew cause he was wearing long socks. He didn't like being bullied, and parents think of it as a part of adolescence, so Daesong thought of entering contests. He decided to indulge himself with sports like soccer and basketball. He didn't like sports when it started to conflict with his grades. Around that time, his mother got pregnant with his younger brother, Daewon. His mother died after giving birth due to difficulties. On top of that, his father had been diagnosed with Lung Cancer (was a smoker). Daesong had nowhere to run but his grandfather. He left his baby brother in Namhae-gun, while taking care of his sick father in Busan.

Months passed, his father died telling him "Be a better man than me." The insurance covered for the hospital bills but not for the funeral.
Daesong again had resulted asking for help from other relatives in Namhae-gun. Unfortunately, not all of his relatives were financially-equipped. He borrowed money from a rich classmate from his high school. His classmate was so nice that he didn't even bothered if Daesong were to pay it back. Still feeling indebted, Daesong worked for his classmate on his senior year by being a tutor. They officially became best friends.

After graduating high school (with honors too!) Daesong decided to return to his hometown and help cater for his little brother. His brother Daewon often asked him to teach him stuff,so consciously Daesong started going to the library after his work shift from a local Kimchi restaurant. As the months passed, his grandfather had gotten too old for heavy work and retired from the column. Daesong then started to take odd jobs, his latest was playing the piano at a bar. He played only by ear, because he was unable to take proper piano lessons. A scout was visiting at one of his gigs and asked if he wanted to join the industry. Daesong thinking of Daewon's future at the time, reluctantly agreed and flew to Japan for an audition.

He came unto Tokyo, Japan for an audition in a starting Entertainment Company called "Satou Entertainment" or "SEnt" for short. He was first in the auditions. He was batchmates with Teru Shizakuza. He was pure Japanese and helped Daesong learn and speak the Japanese language.

After a year training with a different set of people, Daesong debut in a text story (I made one during my high school days. It was titled "Salfur Gakuen" a series of different love stories set in Salfur Academy,a prestigious school. He appeared in the two volumes "Itou's Love Triangle" and "Boys Zone". He was just a rough sketch back, I never knew he would become one of my favorites.) Salfur Gakuen. He then climbed his way through the Film Industry by becoming one of the antagonists in an i-love-danxian production: "Atlas: Ang Huling Rebelyon " translated "Atlas: The Last Rebellion". (One of my unfinished fantasy comics. I started it in the middle of summer and couldn't finish it because of school). Due to the show being cancelled, Daesong had not been given projects except for an endorsement for the brand "Got Swag". At the same time, he played a minor role in the hit series "Friends Society" (Only one of my finished comics I've done in my whole life.It was all in pencil  Daesong wasn't the lead here but he had a pretty interesting role too.)
A little fiction story of how Daesong Ah Wong became S-Profile's Leader, "Seoul".
